The First President of the Council of State of Belgium, Mr R.ANDERSEN (here next Mr Y.KREINS on the right), made an introduction and Mr Ph. BOUVIER (here on the left), Auditeur General at the same institution, presented a general report based on the answers the majority of the members of the association have send to the questionnaire. It was the opportunity to make an overview of the evaluation system into all the supreme Courts of State Members of the EU.

Three items were discussed based on a presentation made by Mr A. SCHILTE, President of the administrative Court of Appeal of Douai (France), Mr U. MAIDOWSKI, Judge by the Federal Administrative Court of Germany, and Mr Rosendo José DIAS, Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Court of Portugal. These presentations gave the occasion to start a constructive debate between all the participants.
