P1000457 Mr Michael VRONTAKIS, Vice-Président of the Council of State of Greece which was the organizer in collaboration with the Association, opened the seminar. Mr Yves KREINS, Secretary General of the Association, was the chairman of this seminar.

There were 40 participants coming from all the administrative jurisdictions member of the Association, the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Commission.

P1000468 The general report was presented by Mrs Cornélie BUTZ, Head of the documentation Service of the Federal Administrative Court of Germany. She took care of the scientific support of the seminar. The general report was based on the answers the Administrative Jurisdictions members of the Association made to the questionnaire. These answers are compiled in a comparative analysis. The point of the questionnaire was to dispose about an over view of the situation in all the courts concerning the using of new documentation and information technology for the claims and the treatment of the jurisdictional affairs.

Lord Stanley BURNTON, Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Royal Courts of England and Wales, presented a pilot project e-Justice the Commercial Court experiments at the moment. This project concerns the electronic introduction of claims.

Mr Bruno MARTIN-LAPRADE, President of the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris, presented a project of Information and Communication technology applied in the treatment of the jurisdictional affairs.

Mr Martin WASMEIER, Principal Advisor of the European Commission, presented the objectives of the Justice Forum and the initiatives the European Commission has intended to take in the future.
