On 29 November 2009, the ACA-Europe held, in Brussels, one of the two annual meetings of the board. The Secretary general made the review of the activities of the ACA-Europe about, for example, the database of the Association, the judges exchange program, the collaboration with the European institutions and the publication of the newsletter 22 the association will make before the end of the year 2009.This newsletter concerns the seminar the association held in September in Istanbul about the e-Justice and the follow up of the "Tour d’Europe". The Colloquium’s program and the seminars which will be organized next year were also discussed. The board also considered a proposal concerning the participation of the Supreme Court of Norway, as guest, to the activities of the association. There was a proposition too concerning the presidency of the Association for 2013-2014, which will be submitted, in Luxembourg in June 2009, to the general assembly of the association. |
